Community Based Consensus Driven Approach.

I had the Opportunity to be the Project Lead Consultant for KFC Ghana Covid 19 Donation in Kumasi, providing 2000 packs of hot meals to the needy.

Julius Nyerere of Tanzania's political philosophy was Ujamaa (meant brotherhood). It makes a lot of sense to me during these uncertain times as a youth.

We adapted and adopted the Community based consensus driven approach .

It would not have been possible without Eco Warriors,Ashanti Regional Scout,International Model Diplomats for Integrated Development and Smart Stars.
If you want to help the people you go to where they are and not to cluster them defeating the purpose of the social distancing.

Post Colonial Failure of Most African States.(George Ayittey,PhD)
Going on a Journey from state A ; of under development and point B; a developed state..Going to the point of development, you need the following Vehicle,Road,Strategy and a Driver.

Most Countries had :
1.Bad Driver -Obviously (Head of state and the ruling elites)
2.Bad Vehicle - Represents the shape of State (Govenrment and state of constitution)
3.Bad Roads -Infrastructure (Education,Roads,Clean Water
4.Strategy (How fast you want to go only the state to move on the development path)
5.Angry passengers - Are the people.

(George Ayittey,PhD- Why Africa failed to develop in the Post colonial Era) emphasis mine.

Our tree planting project as Eco Warriors were introduced to the church and they welcomed the initiative supported by Green Stewardship International.

Choked gutters and the stench is really a major challenge around the community and the surrounding towns.
